1. Provide your name and e-mail address.
2. If necessary, provide brief comments/instructions.
3. Send work for proofreading in the form of e-mail attachments to tanya@omnienglish.com or omnienglish@gmail.com
4. Upon receiving our estimate, you can then accept or reject our offer.
5. After accepting, please make the payment as soon as convenient.
6. Work will be handled with professional competence and diligence.
7. Completed work will be returned as quickly as possible.
8. Files will be erased after 2 weeks after completion to ensure confidentiality.
